We offer 3D CAD / BIM modeling services in all stages of the community building process. We are trained on a large number of software such as Revit, MagiCad, AutoCad, Civil 3D, ArchiCad, Sketchup, Solidworks etc. We also provide drawing services within traditional 2D-CAD in AutoCad.
We also offer the service as BIM coordinator, which means that we support the project / project manager with all the skills required regarding 2D / 3D-CAD and BIM. The BIM coordinator works at the tactics and methodology level and is responsible for processes, conditions and more specific requirements than the digitization manager. The role can be performed by one or more persons, depending on the scope and set competency requirements. The scope of the work depends on the size, complexity and BIM objectives of the project. Our BIM coordinators have all basic technical knowledge.
Typically, the BIM coordinator participates in compiling a so-called “coordination model” in a lightweight format (viewer). The purpose of a coordinated 3D model is to coordinate technology area models to minimize space collisions, make information available and visualize the construction work. The co-review model serves as a common communication interface, a common view of the construction work, for the different actors (clients, project managers, contractors and projectors) in the construction process.
The co-review model is typically a combination of many technology area models: Architecture, Construction, Ventilation, Pipes, Electricity and Fire etc.
